How To Place Your Order
Order online and you will receive confirmation by email
or fax within one hour of placing your order, or within
7 business days for regular mail. You can also order via
the telephone during regular business hours by calling
our toll free number 1-866-763-2932
Payment methods
FurnitureLodge will accept Visa, MasterCard, money order,
or wire transfer. All orders will be charge at the time
you place your order.
Delivery time
Regular manufacturing time will run between 4-6 weeks.
These are only guidelines and cannot be guaranteed by
FurnitureLodge. If your order is going to be delayed,
we will advise you within 3 weeks from the date your order
was placed. Occasionally, orders will deliver quicker.
Tracking your order
All orders can be tracked from the day you place the order
until the day it arrives at your door by emailing us at:

Delivery
dimensions
All merchandise is manufactured to fit through standard
door sizes. If the merchandise does not fit through
a door opening, FurnitureLodge will not be responsible
Orders cannot be returned as a result of the customer’s
miscalculation of the furniture size, room, door or
architectural dimensions. Any calculation errors are
the sole responsibility of the consumer. Please measure
accurately.
Delivery
Once you have signed for your shipment as received in
good condition, FurnitureLodge will not be responsible
for any damage or defect unless noted on the delivery
receipt at the time of delivery.
There are no exceptions to the above.
Notification of
delivery
Customers will be contacted by our home delivery terminal
to schedule delivery. Please ensure someone is available
to receive the merchandise at that time or you will
be subject to additional re-delivery charges.
Cancellations
Once your order has been placed there are no cancellations,
returns, credits, or refunds. All sales through FurnitureLodge.com
are final.
