The Limited 1 Year Warranty offered by FurnitureLodge.com is comprehensive in all areas described hereunder. Please read carefully.

FurnitureLodge.com will repair or replace with equivalent materials (if identical goods are not available) any defective material used in the Company’s product as defined in the following text.

Any merchandise which is deemed to have a manufacture defect shall be repaired or replaced up to 1 year from the date the merchandise was shipped.
This Warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser of the furniture at the original delivery address. This Warranty cannot be transferred. This Warranty shall extend only to furniture used in the purchaser’s home. Corporation or contract purchase, or any use of the furniture for the general public is not covered by this Warranty.
You must retain your original bill of sale in order for the warranty to be valid.

Warranty Service

Claims are to be made through an authorized FurnitureLodge.com representative. FurnitureLodge.com obligation under this Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at FurnitureLodge.com option any part or product found to be defective in material or workmanship. FurnitureLodge.com, in its sole discretion, will determine the cause and nature of any defect, the necessity and manner of repair or replacement, and all other matters pertaining to the condition of the furniture. If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repairs, the cost of packing, brokerage and shipping to and from the factory are not covered by this Warranty. Evidence of original ownership such as sales invoice or other documents of purchase will be required.

Exclusions

This Warranty will not apply to any conditions or defects resulting from commercial usage, negligence, misuse, alterations, fire, accidents, improper cleaning, contact with sharp or rough objects, or contact with any foreign substance. Claims due to cuts, burns or pet damage are excluded. Concealed freight damage, such as scuff and rub marks, are excluded from this Warranty. FurnitureLodge.com makes no other express warranties, any implied warranties, including warranties as to marketability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor shall FurnitureLodge.com have any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of this Warranty, including but not limited to inconvenience, rental or purchase of replacement products, loss of profits or commercial loss. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.
